I know Ramen Burger was a big thing in New York City, now it’s time for you to try something new:
Rice Burger uses a bun made of rice and mixed with meats and vegetable.
It has been in Aisa for a while, the most famous Rice Burger store is called ” Mos Burger”.
I found this super yummy Rice Burger place in Hell’s Kitchen recently,
It’s called Yonekichi.
The first store of Yonekichi was opened near St.Marks’s place.
The address is 238A E 9th St New York, NY 10003
But this store doesn’t have any seats.
The one at Hell’s Kitchen is an actual restaurant, it has 5 or 6 tables inside,
the address is 746 9th Ave, New York, NY 10019
I have been there three times, salmon burger is so far my favorite.
I also like their maple matcha and chocolate mochi.
Here is their rice burger menu:
Sukiyaki – thinly-sliced beef, onion, lettuce, togarashi threads
Unagi – bbq eel, avocado, tempura flakes, shredded egg crepe
Saikyo Salmon – miso salmon, pickled daikon radish, shiso, sakura-miso
Kakiage – onion-kale-carrot mixed tempura, shiso, Akoh salt
Kinpira – sautéed lotus root, carrot, sesame seed, togarashi threads
Ginger Mugifuji – thinly-sliced premium pork shoulder, ginger soy sauce, cabbage
Tsukune – chicken meatball patty, shishito pepper, Tokyo scallion
