Last Saturday I went to Los Angeles and went to the special event for Halloween on Queen Mary.
From the darkest depths of your deepest hidden fears, Dark Harbor is resurrected with its cast of sinister spirits ready to deliver blood curdling terror. Dark Harbor is not only a unique haunted experience in Southern California, but also an ideal place for halloween, cause there are some stories about ghosts near long beach queen mary.
The temperature at night near long beach is a little bit cold with breeze from the ocean but creates a nature environment for the halloween events. There are 7 different haunted houses in the temporary theme park and many staffs who cosplay the clowns and ghosts walking along the amusement park. The costumes of these ghosts are really delicate and the makeup is real. Sometimes they just hide in the corner and suddenly rush out to catch you and make a big noise. Your scream is the best reply to their dedicating performance!
The one left us the most deeped impression is the ghost that hides on the ceilling of the exit of an haunted house. When you went outside the haunted house you feel relaxed and the sense of cautioness drops to a low level. While you are chatting with your friends, a ghost appears from the ceiling and grabs your hair!
I just want to say,‘ Hey Buddy, does your waist feel okay?’ The light in the haunted house is dark in order to fit the terrible atmosphere so I can’t take the clear picture. But it is obvious that 7 sets of decoration show different well designed theme. 3 hours journey is really enjoyable!
