Among these representatives of african fashion, the young designer Loza Malhéombho. This 31 years old woman, native from Ivory Coast, a west african country most americans don’t know, graduated from the University Of The Arts Of Philadelphia, and then started her own brand in 2009.
Her world , a mix of culture and modernity is as much a breath of fresh air for African people as an invitation to discover the african culture for foreigners. Thus, the use of traditional materials in modern and offset cuts, wich is the signature of the brand, is attracting more and more people – and personalities around the world.
So, after being quoted in Saintheron.com, Solange Knowles website in 2015, Loza’s clothes appeared in videos such as the hit “Classic man” of Jidenna the same year. And this year in “Queen Bee” Beyoncé new video Promotion.
