As for this week’s post, I’ve decided to write a little about the human health again. This semester, I’ve mentioned in my previous posts that I haven’t been getting the proper nutrition and vitamin which led to various problems with my personal life such as: lack of energy, easily irritated and being fatigued all the time. I myself am a person who does not enjoy eating fruits and I’d never buy them with my own money unless it’s presented infornt of me. However, I’ve noticed that I was very low from vitamins from fruits and I decided to purchase a blender and actually blend juices together in the morning to get my proper nutrients. I visited Whole Foods after class and bought some apples and oranges, and along with purchasing variety of fruits, I’ve bought some coconut water and acai berry juice to blend with the fruits together. It’s been about a week since I’ve been drinking juice in the morning and already I feel much better and can actually function properly during the day. Thus, the overall lesson is: make sure to get enough vitamins!
