As we are almost reaching the middle of the semester, I’ve noticed that my eating habits were terrible in almost every way. As mentioned in previous posts, I’ve been eating fast-food related products for almost two months now, and I’ve noticed that I am having physical difficulties. I guess age is something we all can’t alter around thus, I decided to pack my own meals at home. My mother always told me that there’s nothing healthier than a home cooked meal. SO, this weekend I visited the market and bought some containers along with grocery supplies to have my food ready. I bought some pork chops, onions, rice and a couple of spices to kick the flavor. For Monday-Friday I am now set with home cooked rice along with some porkchops and vegetables all grilled ready-to-eat. I think that it is vital for adults to make sure that he or she is getting the proper nutrients rather than consuming great amounts of foods from low-nutritions thus, I strongly recommend the whole class to eat healthy!
