This week was a serious craving, all week i was craving very specific things. If I actually let those cravings get to me I would be the size of the MET, thankfully I am not and kinda can control myself. Of the the cravings that I did satisfy was my craving for a Fettuccine Alfredo. I am the biggest enthusiast of Fettuccine Alfredo, I could easily say I have had over 35 dishes of Fettuccine Alfredo from all over. Seems like it you can’t mess it up, but trust me you can, very easily. We will start with the noodle…. don’t you dare over cook my noodles… you will have hell to pay for it. Next you must have a variety of cheeses in your Alfredo, preferably Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese and Parmesan.
Now that you have a somewhat understanding about my favorite dish I can tell you about my weekly excursion. This week I went to Trattoria Trecolori with my catholic high school friends. The restaurant was nice, typical Italian restaurant tables and chairs. The waiter we had was very nice but can’t say the same about the rest. Brittany if your reading this “x” out of the page, one of my friends was very loud and was shushed by one of the other waiters and lets just say that friend didn’t take it too well. The atmosphere is very loud so if you are trying to sit and have a quite conversation this is not the place for you. The overall experience was very good! The food was alright, I am sure you already know what I got due to my intro. It wasn’t my favorite by far but it wasn’t the worst I have ever had. Unfortunately I was under the influence of alcohol I forgot to take pictures of my dessert and my appetizers. They were both very pleasant!
Finally note: If your in Time Square and you want an authentic Italian food, make your way over to John’s Pizza. Their food is amazing!
