I went to Whole Foods the other day and I saw raspberry vinaigrette sample booth. They were serving strawberry and feta salad using raspberry vinaigrette. As I tried salad sample, I knew that I need to make this salad for myself. Recipe was provided for customers and I took a picture of recipe immediately. And I also bought raspberry vinaigrette without hesitation. Recipe is very simple to make.
What ingredients you need:
- Sliced strawberry
- Sliced almond
- Dried cranberry
- Feta Cheese
- Raspberry vinaigrette
How to make the salad:
- Mix all vegetables, sliced strawberries, sliced almond, feta cheese, and dried cranberries together.
- Pour raspberry vinaigrette onto the salad and mix all together.
This salad has acidity taste because of vinaigrette but raspberry gives sweet flavor to the salad. Strawberry adds more sweetness. Sliced almond gives nice crunchiness so it’s fun to eat. Also nut flavor goes really well with sweet salad because it balances sweetness. Dried cranberry and feta cheese also makes the salad more tasteful. I think this would be another nice breakfast for me. Do you have favorite salad recipes? What dressing you like add into your salad?
