Last week I went in a Kick Boxing club, and it was just amazing. It was the first time for me, and I just want to do it again. This sport is very physical and hard, but after you fell very good. I really loved this feeling when you hit the bag ! I went there three days ago, and I stil have stiffnesses (I think it’s just because I’m not sportive at all). With this sport all of you muscles work : your thighs, your arms, your abdominals, etc. It’s also very good for the articulations. However, this sport is not recommended for people with back troubles.
I went in a club named CKO in Brooklyn, and I really recommend it ! You can find this club in many places, mine was in Brooklyn. This club is a little bit expensive so this week I am going to try others, and find the good one!
