As many of you may know, I’m not only passionate with jewelry, but with food too as you can see in my previous post “Kasekuchen recipe for Jewish holidays” or “Pancakes lovers, Le Barricou is made for you“, especially pastries, cakes, snacks, candies…
So, today I decided to share with you one of my favorite snacks, which are cookies !
Let me tell you that you’re priviledged because every single one of my friend always wanted me to give them this recipe and I never did, so it’s your lucky day, turn on your oven, prepare all the ingredients and let get started !
Ingredients:
– 250gr of flour
– 125gr of brown sugar
– 8gr of vanilla flavored sugar
– A pinch of salt
– A teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 egg
– 125gr of butter
– 2 teaspoons of honey
– Chocolate as you wish (I suggest you choose Toblerone)
Preheat your oven at 220°C (428°F)
Put the flour, sugar (brown and vanilla flavored), salt and baking powder all together in a bowl.
In a casserole, melt the butter. Add it the beaten egg and the 2 teaspoons of honey. Then, put this in the bowl where you have the flour, sugar…and mix.
Slice the chocolate the way you’d like and put it into your preparation.
Make nice round cookies in your oven plate and put in the oven for 8 to 10 mins.
I encourage you to keep a close watch on your cookies because depending on your oven, the cookies can easily cook quickly, so be careful.
Then, ENJOY !!!
Now you have the key for the perfect cookies, so you have no excuses to buy them. Moreover, it’s much better when it’s homemade 😉
I will taste it this week-end revising my final exams 😉 cookies are always a good comfort !
Yeah it’s true, cookies are comforting food ! Let me know if you liked them, and good luck on your finals 😉
I’ve never baked anything, but I might give this a shot! Who doesn’t love cookies, haha.
Ricky, you should definitely try it because it’s one of the easiest recipe ! You just really need to keep an eye on your oven 😉
You’ll see, I’m sure when you try it once, you’ll want to bake every week ! Those are addictive cookies !
