In the Italian culture having eggs with colorful vegetables, potatoes, ham, etc. is a common meal not only for breakfast but lunch as well! This my friends is called a Frittata. I absolutely love how light and airy this meal is and I try to have it as often as possible. By the way, did I mention that it only takes about ten minutes! My usual go to is cooking the Frittata with potatoes and peppers or spinach. However, following my favorite foodie “Vlogger” that I mentioned in one of my latest blog posts, I have seen the Frittata done in many different varieties. Laura Vitale uses her recipes with spinach and zucchini. I have yet to try making the zucchini Frittata but let me tell you it looks absolutely delicious!
She shows us step by step how to prepare and cook the Frittata so that you get the same professional result. Many of her YouTube posts are nicely planned out and she speaks at a slow pace, which allows the viewer to follow easily. Check out the video I posted and try making this on your very own!
Think you can do it?
