The Flower and Garden Festival takes place in the theme park, Epcot, and is an annual event that welcomes in the beginning of Spring. With elaborate garden displays, topiaries, and outdoor food booths representing cultures from around the world, this event has grown tremendously since it began in 1993. This year, the event is running from March 5 until May 18, and there are some very impressive improvements to the topiaries this year.
It has become a tradition for the Flower and Garden Festival’s topiaries to be shaped and colored as many different Disney characters. In the past, they have had a lot of great detail to them, but this year they exceed all others before them. The characters actually have defined facial features!
Unfortunately, I have not yet been to Walt Disney World during Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival, but I’ve seen many pictures of everything that this event entails. The improvements to the topiaries this year, as well as the additions that have been made to the food booths’ menus, are teasing me for being unable to take a trip to the park until after the event’s end date in May.
There is a poll below the imagesthat is meant to decide which of the pictures of character topiaries is most popular. Please vote for your favorite!
