Indeed after weeks of unceasing rumors it has been confirmed: the famous designer and the luxury group LVMH’s CEO Bernard Arnault ended their collaboration. After 16 years of new designs and creations, and having imposed his own style on the brand, Marc Jacobs is finally leaving the couture house. For this last show Jacobs opted for a deep black set and very dark silhouettes. However the New Yorker denies every rumor about the fact his set was a metaphor for his farewells and his departure as it had been a funeral. Indeed he dark option was only imagined to pay tribute to his most extravagant shows he had made through the years. At the end of the show Marc Jacobs appeared in a somber suit, moved by tears.
