I saw my share of funny and weird costumes last weekend and I am hoping to see a couple of more that will make me laugh. It seems that people are now enjoying more humorous outfits or bad jokes; rather than being a special character/ super hero. I forgot to take pictures but I found some hilarious costumes online.. check them out for a laugh or for an idea of what to wear n the coming days.

I subscribed to her channel and she is Korean. Just let you know, Korea’s culture is the most popular culture in Asian today. By the meaning culture, I mean K-pop, makeup, plastic surgery, food, and shows…etc.
Since the Red Lips trend is really hot in everywhere. I have tried red lips before but just don’t know how to match with the whole makeup so it looked weird. However, this video teach us how to match the entire makeup and won’t be exaggerated. I would definitely try out this look someday.
In addition, Halloween is coming if you want to surprise your friends, you can also try this to the party!
Hope you would like it. Please comment if you have good idea of red lips makeup or any tips for us!
Sorry for the delay and the fact I haven’t written for a long time but actually I was stuck at home without power, thus without internet (I live in East village). Now that power came back, I want to write an article that talks about something else than Sandy, because it spoiled my week!! Moreover, before Sandy I had to work my mid-terms so I had nothing in mind but my work! Terrible.
Fortunately, on Friday before the hurricane, I went out with my friends and I enjoyed Halloween in NYC. I know that for the moment you don’t think about that, but it will change your mind..
First of all, in France, you do not celebrate Halloween, or even if you do, you must not be more that 12 years old, because if not, people would laugh at you. You have to be dressed like a vampire or a witch, be the most scary of your sweet little friends and ring to every doors and ask for candies. I’m using the present tense but, actually, no one does that anymore. In short, Halloween is only for children in France and is now out-of-date.
So, let’s speak about Halloween in NYC and my feelings about it. With my roomate, we chose to wear a cheerleader costume, with a long blond wig (see pictures below). It was really funny, especially for Sophie who has normally short brown hair. We went to one of my friends’ place where there were at least 60 people who were dressed with amazing costumes! Supermen and women, hedgehogs, convicts, Black Swann, pirates, and very well-done! Moreover, the streets were full of guys who wore costumes. It was great.
I know that you, I mean the Americans, are used to it, but trust me, for a french person, this is totally out of reality! NYC has a big community of people who want to enjoy life as most as they can, people who want to have fun together. Everyone wants to party, it is great! Of course, I am not saying that in France it is different but when you see a 50-year-old person dressed for Halloween whereas in France you must not be more than 12, this is astonishing!
Thanks guys for this fabulous moment!
With halloween around the corner , paranormal activity is back with a sequel. The chilling series follows a family being haunted by demon, the movie is shot in a way to make the viewer believe that it is a true story.
The movie releases October 19 so find a hand to squeeze because this one seems just as scary as the last.
What do you think about part 4? Do you think a fourth movie is pushing it? or are you as excited as I am to see what they came up with this time?
