The food is one of the most important part of our life. Everyone eats differently and likes to associate the products according to their culinary’s preference. More sweet, more salty, more bitter, more acidulated, more spicy, or more vegetarian.. I am not picky, I can eat everything. Actually, I am a very greedy girl, it’s often the gluttony which talking rather than the hunger. Since few years, I am used to finish my meals on a small touch of sweet. It a nice feeling that means I have well eaten.
One day after finished the lunch, I was strolled on NYC’s streets, and suddenly, I was stopped by the smell of apple-cooked. It was smelled wonderful, I was feeling curious about it, and really wanted to know more. The place is welcoming, the smell of the mother’s home-made cakes perfumed the room. Before start ordering, I wanted to admire all of these pastries, in front of me. There is many cakes’ variety like Pecan Pies, Lemon Pies, Berry’s Pies or New-York’s Cheesecakes. But, the main speciality is based on the tasty apple’s pie. After reflection, I decided to take the individual portion of ‘Sour Cream Apple Walnut’.
I acknowledged that the name and visual presentation have persuaded me. I wanted to discover the inside of the pie, and its unique and marvelous taste. I hurried go back to home, I wanted to enjoy the moment of tasting. I have never tasted the famous American’s pie before, and I have to admit that it is very delicious. A little bit heavy, but it doesn’t matter, the taste is very interesting. Flavors are in a perfect agreement, like an explosion of different flavors. I fully recommend this place to people who are lovers of pies. There is a lot of choices. For people who are not very hungry, there is smaller portions, even more interesting if you want to try several tastes of pies.
Halloween is coming soon, I have not yet tried their Pumpkin Pie. Maybe next week guys..
