The fan page Orangina is at the first abbord a page like the others.
300,000 fans, that interact, react, leave comments, likes, share informations about the brand.
In short a real community.
But when we are interested in this community more closely, we notice that, strangely, it is often the same fans behind the interactions.
We can imagine that these are real fans of the brand, ambassadors active and involved.
But it is not.
These Orangina fans active on the page, are infact false accounts and falsepages, whose only business is to act on the fan page Orangina, and share,relaying its content.
The most of these profiles are therefore fakes, created only to enhance therate of interaction of the page.
Orangina is creating false accounts she pretends to real consumers, who love and defend the brand.
Others comsommateurs believe they discuss and react with each other while they are in front of fake account.
Orangina is purely doing liar advertising on his facebook fan page.
She prefers to deceive his fans, to avoid having to respond positively to any criticism.

That’s really sad. It’s not hard for an entire social media department of a company to manage fake profiles to endorse their own products, but it’s pathetic that some companies actually do. I can clearly see the positive outcomes but the negative outcomes really outweigh it. People aren’t stupid. They’re going to be able to figure out with barely any investigation that companies are pumping up their own products so in the end it is just embarrassing.
